each workshop has a different focus and theme centred around creating abstract art.
intuitive abstract art
this workshop is designed for folk of all skill levels to learn and enjoy the process of creating intuitive abstract art. the workshop will cover mark-making, colour choices, concept design and abstracting elements of realism.
we will delve into the perceptions of creativity and challenge the idea of not being "artistic enough" to create art. the workshop will have a therapeutic focus, with elements of art therapy and guided meditation.
